All products are made by yours truly (from scratch, no pre-fabricated bases), so I am duly upholding the handmade pledge. In other words, I am a boot-leg chemist mixing some awesome stuff and sharing it with the world!
Real ingredients you can pronounce...
like coconut and sweet almond oil. They are not just for feeding the tummy, I employ nut butters and oils to feed the skin as well. Depositing good stuff into the body is just as important as depositing good stuff onto the body.
No animal testing…
95% of the products I make are vegan friendly. All of the Boulevard whipped butters, shower souffles, lip balms, body oils and talc-free powders are vegan friendly. Everything is labeled clearly so you know what is being slathered onto your skin…only the good stuff.
What is natural?
Every handmade skin care artisan interprets “natural” differently. In my book, natural is defined as things derived from nature. Oils, nut butters, herbs and plant oils all come from mother earth. In each product offered on the Boulevard, I try to utilize as many natural ingredients as possible without compromising the safety of the formulation. All of my creations are preservative and SLS (sodium laurel/laureth sulfates) free.
So, what makes your stuff different from the thousands of handmade skin care products available on the market?
It’s simple. Soap makers are like artists. We all have the same tools and canvas to work with, but the end result is completely dissimilar.
